Privacy Policy

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, what you need (creator site, business site, free inbox audit or other), your channel or website address, and a message. Name and email are required; the rest is optional. The “what you need” choice is also used to label your enquiry in our customer-relationship system so it reaches the right follow-up.

We do not set cookies ourselves. If the analytics or advertising tools described below are enabled, they set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

A submission goes to up to three places, so an enquiry is never silently lost:

1. GoHighLevel, our customer-relationship system, which stores the contact record so we can reply. It acts as our data processor.
2. Email, through Resend, a transactional email provider, used only if GoHighLevel does not accept the submission.
3. Server log: every submission is written to our hosting provider’s application log, whether or not the steps above succeed.

To keep the form usable without a CAPTCHA, the server briefly counts recent submissions per IP address, in memory only. That count is never written to a database or file, and it is used only to slow down automated abuse, not to identify or track visitors.

This site can load Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. Each one loads only when it has been configured for this site. Any active tool processes standard web-analytics data, such as pages visited and general device information, under its own privacy policy.

This policy covers chaskistudio.com only. Websites we build for clients have their own privacy policies, and the client is responsible for the information collected on their site.

A contact record in GoHighLevel is kept until it is removed. A fallback email is kept like any other email in our inbox. Server logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider’s standard log retention.
